The Organizational Group is founded and led by Erich Henderson, a technology and program leader with fifteen-plus years running enterprise transformation, AI governance, and large-scale delivery inside US financial services.
Most recently, Erich served as Vice President and Senior Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where his work included AI governance implementation across regulated business lines. Before JPMorgan Chase, Erich led delivery at FIS/WorldPay and Nationwide Financial, and founded The Pressure Washer Guy App, a small service business that gave him operator-side context on what small and mid-cap portcos actually need from an outside advisor: fast, useful, and priced fairly.
Erich holds an Executive MBA from Xavier University, a Certificate of Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.A.S. in Public Health from Northern Illinois University. He is certified as PMI-ACP, SASM, CSPO, and CSM, completed the MIT Applied Agentic AI program in 2026, and is a CIPP/US candidate.

Why we exist
Middle-market PE has spent the last three years being told AI is either an existential threat or a magic wand. Neither is true. AI is a set of engineering decisions with measurable financial consequences and defensible governance requirements. It belongs in the operating partner's toolkit alongside pricing, procurement, and product — treated with the same discipline. That's the work we do.
